Authors wishing to present a paper or poster at the MIP2020 are invited to submit an abstract electronically to the Conference Secretariat, Kintetsu international Co., Ltd. via this website by February 29, 2020. Please note that an online submission is required for submissions to be considered.

 

・Submission authors should register their titles, authors, affiliations and E-mails from the submission page to obtain abstract numbers.

・Authors are requested to select their presentation main category (A, B, C, and D), and then select a subcategory under the main categories.

・Multiple submissions by the same presenter or the same groups are possible.

・Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Programing committee members. Oral and poster presentations will be selected based on the scientific content of the abstract.

・Authors are requested to select their preferred type of presentation: oral (15 min) or poster presentation.

・After the review process, authors will be informed about their acceptance by March 31, 2020.

・Presentations should be structured to allow audience participation, questions, and discussion (as appropriate).

・At least one presenter from each accepted abstract should register to the Conference by March 1, 2020 in order to be included in the final program.

・Expenses for travel and attendance including registration fee, are the responsibility of each presenter.
