Authors wishing to present a paper or poster at MIP2020 are invited to submit an abstract electronically to the Conference Secretariat, Kintetsu international Co., Ltd. via this site, by February 29, 2020. Please note that to be considered, submissions are required to be completed online.

・Submitting authors should provide the title, author names, affiliations, and e-mail addresses on the submission page to register and obtain their abstract number.

・Authors are requested to select their main presentation category (A, B, C, and D), and then select a subcategory under the main categories.

・Multiple submissions by the same presenter or the same groups are possible.

・Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Programing committee members. Oral and poster presentations will be selected based on the scientific content of the abstract.

・Authors are requested to select their preferred type of presentation: oral (15 min) or poster presentation.

・After the review process, authors will be informed about their acceptance by March 31, 2020.

・Presentations should be structured to allow audience participation, questions, and discussion (as appropriate).

・At least one presenter from each accepted abstract should register for the Conference by March 1, 2020, to be included in the final program.

・Travel and attendance expenses, including registration fees, are the responsibility of each presenter.

AWARD: The organizing committee has set up the best speak awards and the best poster awards in MIP2020, sponsored by The Royal Society of Chemistry and MDPI. Only presenters of 40 years old or less are eligible for the awards.
